It finally came in handy. My $600 elliptical (for some unknown reason) can’t tell me how far I’ve ellipticized (that’s my new word!) in miles, only in revolutions. That just won’t do if I want to enter something into MotionBased, so I had to do a little math.

Well, I made it (thus far). It’s 8:10pm and I have controlled my eating successfully for almost 15 hours, yahoo!
Looking back at what I ate today, it adds up to 1,442 calories, 14.6g fat, 192 carbs, 80g sugar, 119g protein and 31g fiber.
